Job Description:

Candidate will serve as the Chief of the Investigations Bureau.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the investigation and prosecution of crimes involving consumer fraud, identity theft, arson mortgage fraud, vehicular homicides and assaults, technology crimes, official corruption and hate crimes. The Bureau Chief also oversees the execution of eavesdropping warrants, conducts long term investigations and assists in the overall mentoring and supervision of Bureau Assistant District Attorneys.

Qualification Requirements:
1. Ten (10) or more years of State or Federal prosecution experience in criminal law, three (3) years of which must ne supervisory; 2. Admission to the New York State Bar; 3. Must be a citizen of the United States; 4. Must be a New York State resident within 90 days of appointment
