The Committee shall keep informed and disseminate to the Chapters and to the Board of Directors any changes in CLE requirement in New York State.
The Chair(s) of the Committee should hold meetings throughout the fiscal year as needed and should make available to the Board of Directors of the Association written and oral reports on its activities as needed.
The Committee shall work with the chapters in developing their program agendas, and to ensure compliance with regulations. The Committee shall also work closely with the Convention Committee(s) on the proposed CLE programs at convention.
