Established by former WBASNY President Caroline Levy in 1996, the WBASNY Diversity Committee's goals are promoting diversity in WBASNY membership, leadership and agenda, and advancing the social, economic, and legal status of people of diverse backgrounds.

The Committee is committed to increasing diversity within the legal profession, providing information and resources to WBASNY's local chapters to facillitate community based diversity programming and networking opportunities, and working collaboratively with other legal, educational, and community organizations to achieve the goals of the Committee.
