Join us for an interactive program on a discussion of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct. Categories will focus on ethical issues, then provide the corresponding “questions.” Topics will include Conflict of Interest, Maintenance of Bank Accounts, Advertising and Duties to Clients.

The Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York has been certified by the NY State Continuing Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York. This program is transitional and advanced and appropriate for experienced and newly admitted attorneys. Full and partial scholarships based on financial need are available. Full scholarships for this program are available for attorneys at non-profit organizations that provide direct legal services for victims of domestic violence. The cost of this CLE program (excluding food) will be waived for up to ten (10) attorneys employed by a non-profit organization in New York State that provides direct legal services to victims of domestic violence.
