The Nuts and Bolts of the Proper Presentation of Family Offense Petitions
Learn how to prepare a legally sufficient, properly worded family offense petition. This training is geared towards newly admitted attorneys or those new to family practice. Topics will include: Choosing the appropriate statutory family offense, proper petition drafting, practice tips from the court’s perspective, interviewing victims of family violence.
