and Elder Law Committees present a CLE Program:

ANIMAL LAW 101:

TRUSTS AND ESTATES PLANNING FOR YOUR COMPANION ANIMAL

The second in a series! This program will help Trusts and Estates and Elder Law practitioners understand how to guide their clients (and themselves) in creating a complete Estate Plan, one that addresses the companion animal’s needs.  As elder and estate experts, you will discover questions you can ask your client that help design the future care of your client’s pet in the event of their illness or death.  Our speakers will provide attendees with the information needed to review elder and estate planning matters involving surviving companion animals.  The ASPCA and MAAP Plan tools are included, which will assist trusts and estates and elder law attorneys easily plan for their clients’ companion animal needs.
