Winery/Cidery Tours & Tastings & CLE – Understanding Alcohol Regulation in New York State

Join us for a day of fun and fellowship touring our local wineries and cideries while earning 2 CLE credits as you learn the basics of New York State Alcohol and Beverage Control Law!
Jacqueline Flug, Esq., former general counsel to the New York State Liquor Authority, will present a course covering all aspects of the laws governing alcohol licensing, manufacturing and sale in New York State. Topics will include the history of alcohol regulation in the United States, the current tiered system of regulation in New York, and the impact of the internet in alcohol regulation.
You will receive 2.0 CLE credits in Professional Practice and Skills.
This course is transitional and advanced for all attorneys.

The itinerary is as follows (times may slightly vary):
10:30: meet at Orange County Courthouse to board the bus

10:45-11:15: Travel to Brotherhood Winery – 25 minutes CLE
11:15-12:15: Tour and Tasting at Brotherhood Winery
12:20-1:00: Travel to Robibero Winery – 30 minutes CLE
1:00-2:00: tasting at Robibero Winery
2:00-2:30: travel to Angry Orchard – 25 minutes CLE
2:30-3:30: Tour and Tasting at Angry Orchard
3:30-4:00: Travel back to Orange County Courthouse – 30 minutes CLE
