The panel, hosted by Brian Jebb, Partner at Allen & Overy, will cover the status of the #MeToo movement and the changing legal landscape related to sexual harassment under New York State  and New York City law. The panel will also discuss employer best practices for conducting effective sexual harassment investigations. CLE credit will be provided.
