DESCRIPTION:The Finger Lakes Women’s Bar Association in partnership with Legal Assistance of Western New York announces a CLE on Thursday\, November 10\, 2022 at noon: A Veteran’s Right to Benefits: Advocating for Veterans at the Supreme Court. \nWe are pleased that Mel Bostwick\, Esq. will share her experiences advocating for Veterans before the United States Supreme Court. She is a partner at Orrick\, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP specializing in Supreme Court\, Appellate & Intellectual Property. \nSince the founding of the nation\, Congress has provided compensation for veterans who become disabled in the course of rendering military service.
