Description of event: This program launches the WWBA’s new Continuing Lecture Series on Mentorship and Sponsorship. The panelists will discuss the benefits of mentorship and sponsorship, and how effective mentorship and sponsorship provide the mentees tools and strategies to become future leaders, and improve employee engagement and retention by fostering an inclusive, diverse and collaborative work environment.
