Survive to Thrive: A Quarterly Mindset & Burnout Workshop Series
Survive to Thrive is a quarterly virtual workshop series designed to help you reset your nervous system, shift out of chronic stress patterns, and build the mental resilience required for a sustainable and fulfilling legal career.
Rooted in neuroscience and practical daily tools, this workshop helps participants understand why burnout occurs and how to interrupt the patterns that fuel it. The focus is on translating complex concepts into simple, actionable practices that busy attorneys can integrate immediately — even on their busiest days.
By the end of each workshop, participants will walk away with a shift in perspective – feeling happier, more grounded, more focused, and more equipped to navigate the demands of modern legal practice.

Samantha Catone
Sammy Catone Coaching
WBASNY’s own Samantha Catone is a former personal injury attorney and the founder of Sammy Catone Coaching, a mindset and burnout coaching practice dedicated to helping high-achieving professionals reclaim their well-being.
After nearly a decade practicing law — while navigating her own experience with chronic illness and profound burnout — Samantha developed a deep understanding of how the pressures of the legal profession impact the mind, body, and performance. Her work integrates neuroscience-based mindset strategies, nervous system regulation techniques, somatic awareness, and practical daily tools attorneys can apply immediately.
Samantha now speaks, teaches, and coaches on topics including attorney well-being, sustainable performance, nervous system resilience, and redefining success from the inside out. Her signature approach helps attorneys shift from survival mode into clarity, confidence, and purposeful action.
She is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law, a member of WBASNY, and a passionate advocate for empowering female attorneys to build careers and lives that feel aligned and fulfilling.
