The Elder Law and Trusts and Estates Committee hopes to engage members in the areas of estate and trust planning, elder law, and Surrogate’s Court practice. The Committee strives to provide resources and learning opportunities for all WBASNY members and to share practical knowledge among the committee members. In doing so, we hope to strengthen WBASNY’s presence and expertise in issues relating to this practice area across the State.
