The Intellectual Property Committee’s goal is to engage members who practice in the areas of copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, unfair competition, privacy and cybersecurity. The Committee seeks to act as a resource for members to share practical and useful information as well as educate members on recent developments in the law, court decisions and best practices. The Committee also seeks speakers for CLE and lunch and learn discussions.
