Name of event: 50-50 Custody and its Impact on Child Support CLE

Description of event: This program outlines the various aspects of custody, particularly 50-50 custody and how the 50-50 schedule has an impact on who pays child support in a shared custody arrangement. The program will recite the relevant case law applicable to 50-50 custody and child support and the law spans across the four New York Judicial Departments. This CLE course is a reliable source of case law and the current law for family law and matrimonial practitioners regarding the effect of child support by a true split custody arrangement.
