September Social – Learn about A Second U and Some Self-Defense Moves

Hector Guadalupe, one of CNN Heroes of 2021, and founder of A Second U, which helps former offenders become fitness trainers, will give a short presentation about his organization, and then spend most of our time together teaching attendees basic self defense moves (Note: this event is limited to 20 people. We will have a waiting list for others who wish to attend)
