Amy Baldwin Littman, President-Elect, is Principal Court Attorney to the Hon. Sandra B. Sciortino, Supreme Court, Orange County. Prior to going to work for the Unified Court System in January 2013, she was a solo practitioner in New City, New York and Montvale, New Jersey for more than 20 years, concentrating in family law.

Amy is a cum laude graduate of Pace University School of Law, where she was a Casenote and Comment Editor of Pace Law Review. She was admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey in 1986, and in 1990, she was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. From 1992-2013, she served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School, where she taught first-year and upper-level legal writing courses.

Amy is a past President of the Rockland County Women’s Bar Association and has served for more than 15 years as the Co-Chair of the Mock Trial competition sponsored by the Rockland County Bar Association. She has presented CLE programs on Legal Writing to both associations. She has served on the WBASNY Nominations and Convention Committees and was a Co-Chair of Convention 2011 in Vermont.

In her community, Amy proudly served for more than 20 years on the Board of Directors and is a past President of VCS, Inc., a unique volunteer-driven social service agency, providing counseling, mediation, and support services to underserved communities within Rockland, Orange, and Westchester Counties. She has also worked with the Boy and Girl Scouts in her region.

Amy resides in Chestnut Ridge, New York, with her husband, Steve Littman and is the proud mom of Joseph and Emily Littman.
