Domestic Violence Initiative Training Program

The NYSBA/WBASNY Domestic Violence Initiative was formed to increase and improve the civil legal services available to victims of domestic violence.  The Initiative aimed to educate attorneys about domestic violence in the hopes that more attorneys would be qualified to render pro bono services for domestic violence victims.  Accordingly, The NYSBA/WBASNY Domestic Violence Initiative offers the follow continuing legal education classes for free to all attorneys.

To receive CLE credit for these programs, you must complete an evaluation and attorney affirmation form for the program(s) you watch, which can be downloaded below. You may complete one form for all programs you watch. Both completed forms should be sent to events@wbasny.org.
