This program will give lawyers new to immigration removal defense and seasoned practitioner seeking to learn additional insight in strategies for cases brought before the immigration Court. We will begin by exploring the intake process, how to take pleadings, how to determine and apply for forms of relief, as well as post-hearing strategies.
