ADR Committee Meeting

ADR Committee meeting will take place on Monday, April 24th from 6pm to 7pm. The guest speaker will be Iyana Titus, Assistant Commissioner for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) for NYC Parks & Recreation, where she is responsible for creating and implementing the agency’s diversity and inclusion policies and practices, conducting EEO investigations and ensuring that the agency is in compliance with all federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws. As an Assistant Commissioner she has also been instrumental in creating and implementing an ADR program for her agency and facilitating and mediating employment related disputes. Prior to this position, Ms. Titus served as the Borough of Manhattan Community College’s (BMCC) Chief Diversity Officer and as an Employee/Labor Relations manager for a small air carrier.
