Legislation concerning surrogacy, with the support of WBASNY, was finally passed in New York, making gestational surrogacy legal as of February 15, 2021. This program provides an overview of the new surrogacy law, and how parentage via a Pre-Birth Order is established under the CPSA in NY courts.
