This program will be in two parts. In Part 1, the panel will discuss the Gender Wage Gap, how it is calculated, how it impacts women in the legal profession, and where we go from here, moderated by committee co-chair Janelle Pelli.  In Part 2, we will receive real-time training from Debbie Epstein Henry on the best ways women can promote themselves in the legal profession, and other tips and tricks we can use to help combat the gap.
