Budgeting and financial planning are essential for clients going through a divorce, and yet many clients do not have a complete understanding of their financial picture before, during or after divorce.  In this program, Amy Brackett, a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) and The Honorable Rosalyn Richter (retired), will discuss how financial planning can help in divorce proceedings, whether the case is settled or ultimately tried. This program will be of use to experienced matrimonial lawyers, as well as those who are new to the field.
