Attorneys advising businesses, determining marital assets, planning estates and trusts, identifying assets for bankruptcy or counseling on investments need to understand NFTs. This program will teach you what is an NFT, how an NFT works and is used, and what is being bought. You will learn about copyright and trademark rights and infringement issues that could impact the value of the NFT.
