A basic primer on employment law in New York with Federal law applicability. This program will enable you to assist your clients with an understanding of the basic concepts of the at-will employee doctrine and its exceptions; employee versus independent contractor status; restrictive covenant agreements in employment; and Wage & Hour Laws.
